Saravana Degree Coffee Decoction Recipe
• To make the coffee decoction, you will need a traditional coffee filter with a pressing tool.
• Place the coffee powder in the top chamber of the filter and press it well with the pressing tool. Remove the tool and place the top chamber over the bottom chamber.
• Pour 250 ml of hot water slowly over the coffee powder and let it drop into the bottom chamber. This may take 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the filter holes.
• Saravana degree coffee decoction is ready.
• You can use it immediately or store it in an airtight container for later use. It will be kept for 7 days at room temperature or 30 days in the refrigerator.
• This recipe makes enough decoction for 5 servings.

Saravana Degree Coffee Recipe
• To make the coffee, take 500ml of milk without adding water
• Heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat. Do not heat the saucepan directly over the fire, as this may affect the taste. Instead, place the saucepan in a large pot of simmering water and heat it gently.
• Add the milk and the decoction to a large cup or a jug in a ratio of 5:1 (500 ml milk and 100 ml decoction). Add sugar to taste and whisk or froth the mixture until well combined and frothy.
• Pour the coffee into 5 cups and serve hot or cold. Enjoy your Saravana degree coffee!
• This recipe makes 5 servings.
